How do you bill?
Each engagement follows the calendar year and is billed in advance. Fees are billed up front, with no hourly charges or monthly subscriptions.

What's included?
Every package covers tax filing and year-round support. Planning work is included on Essential and Premium. Planning services also include reasonable-compensation studies, accountable-plan documentation, and real-estate analysis, if needed.

What's not included?
Specialized work, such as cost segregation studies, is quoted separately. Planning without filing can also be quoted on its own. ThriveSolo doesn't offer bookkeeping, payroll, and registered-agent services.

Can I get a refund?
ThriveSolo offers a money-back guarantee for accuracy-related issues. Refunds are only available prior to 30 days after engagement or if substantive work hasn't already occurred, whichever comes first.

What drives a higher price?
Tax return complexity (i.e. how many tax forms need to be filed) and the frequency of tax planning are the biggest drivers of price.
